Alfa Romeo 4C Spider: fully exposed on its way through Spain

Alfa Romeo has chosen Spain to shoot what appears to be the first promotional video for the new Alfa Romeo 4C Spider. He seems more than willing to perform for the public at the next Detroit living room, in January, in just a few weeks, but we can already see it from all angles in a image gallery taken during filming.

Little changes from the conceptual model that Alfa Romeo presented to us at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The main change comes from the exhaust system that in the conceptual model was presented sporting a new solution with the silencers in a central position while now they look at both ends of the diffuser , just as it happens in the coupe.

Its cabin follows the line already presented in the Coupé …

… Y the hood is canvas, foldable and with the perfect size to be stored in the trunk.

Like the conceptual model, the classic optics instead of multi-LEDs of the Coupé model for Europe. Recall that in the United States the coupe has these same more conventional design optics.

The images have been taken in Úbeda, Jaén.

It is logical to think that the convertible version will have the same mechanical scheme of the coupé version, accompanying the carbon fiber monocoque chassis with an engine of 4-cylinder 1.75-liter, 240-horsepower turbo to the rear axle, its gearbox being a TCT dual clutch.

We hope to have more details and official images soon. If the forecasts are met, it will debut publicly on January 12.
